Rare single page Continental Edition Vol. 1 No. 1 which was printed 'Somehwere in France', which was actually in Cherbourg, liberated on June 26, 1944. From July 4 to August 19, 1944 the Continental Edition of The Stars and Stripes was printed at the Cherbourg Eclair plant . This is the hard to find first issue of July 4! It is in remarkable shape and will look excellent framed. Very good condition.
