Aeronautic First Aid kit pouch, type IV. Medical item nr. 9776600. Made of impregnated canvas. The Talon zipper works well. The inside is clean. The pouch still has its Ordnance lead seal, which is rare. Complete with its bag with four Life-The-Dot studs. These kits were mounted in the fuselage of airplanes and often taken by paratroopers to get some additional supplies. Nice item for display or as a project to fill with the corrects items. As pictured in the FM 21-11 First aid for soldiers manual, see last photo. Very good condition.
