Parachute log record. War Department A.A.F. Form 46. Booklet that was kept in a pocket on the parachute pack, and often missing. It was used for an AN-6510-1 seat parachute and is dated 1943. The booklet has many entries. Of special interest are those of the addition of the First Aid kit to the harness in 1944 and the marking (with a Red Cross) of it early 1945. The staple is rusted through. Good condition.
