This is the official 329th Infantry Regiment book. The book contains 186 pages with many photos and drawings. Also there are lists of medals won and casualties. In the back is a fold out campaign map. The book was printed in Germany in 1945 on low grade paper. Despite this the book is in remarkably good shape. It seems to have hardly been read, if at all. Regimental books in particular are hard to find because less were printed. This book is a 'must have' for the WWII history buff or anyone with a specific interest in this unit and the 83rd Division. It is the hard to find original version, not some reprint. View the many photos. Very good condition.
