Combat boots, size 9½ E. Combat boots aka 'buckle boots' were introduced in 1943. These are the early types with reenforcing rivets below the eyelets and wire buckles. The maker's stamp is present, dated February 15, 1944. Complete with their original cotton laces. The boots are great for display or a mannequin. Original boots have become exceedingly difficult to find. Very good condition.
