Medical Department collar disk set, British-made. Consisting of the Caduceus disk and US monogram disk. Early screwback type, marked S.S. Ltd. B. (Saunders & Shepard Limited of Birmingham). Perfect for display or to complete a jacket set up. British-made collar disks are hard to find, certainly as a set. Very good condition.
