Commendation for the battle of Metz, 95th Division. Issued by Lieutenant General G.S. Patton Jr. to the men of the 95th Division who participated in the battle for Metz. Dated April 16, 1945. This particular certificate belonged to Sergeant Hugh E. Haury, ASN 35231820, who enlisted on June 14, 1943. Haury served with HQ Company of the 377th Infantry Regiment. Rare document that can't be missed from a collection! The leaflet is perfect for display and will look excellent framed. Very good condition.
