First Aid pouch type M-1924 with pointed flap. The marking is no longer present but these only exist with the Jeff QMD 1942 marking and are quite hard to find. It is complete with a Small Field Brown First-Aid Dressing produced by Johnson & Johnson, medical item nr 92061 (as seen on page 118, photo nr. 255 of L'Histoire extraordinaire des «First Aid Packet & First Aid Dressing» book and rated as rare). Very good condition.
