First Aid pouch M-1910 with two snap fasteners. 1942 dated and quite hard to find. It is complete with a Packet First-Aid Field Brown Dressing, medical item nr 9208200, produced by A.E. Halperin Co., Inc.  (as seen on page 51, photo nr. 81 of L'Histoire extraordinaire des «First Aid Packet & First Aid Dressing» book and rated as rare). Very good condition.
