First Aid pouch type M-1942, British made. 1944 dated. It is complete with a First-Aid packet Carlisle model copper tinplate type can, medical item nr 203000, produced by Acme Cotton Products Co., Inc. (as seen on page 27, photo nr. 29 of L'Histoire extraordinaire des «First Aid Packet & First Aid Dressing» book and rated as exceptionally rare!). As used by US troops in the ETO. Very good condition.
