First Aid pouch M-1942 type. 1943 dated. It is complete with a Small Battle Dressing produced by the  A.E. Halperin Co., Inc. (as seen on page 129, photo nr. 276 in  L'Histoire extraordinaire des «First Aid Packet & First Aid Dressing» book and rated as rare). Very good condition.
