First Aid pouch M-1910 with two snap fasteners. 1942 dated and quite hard to find. It is complete with a Packet First-Aid Field Brown Dressing medical item nr 9206100, produced by A.E. Halperin Co., Inc.   (as seen in L'Histoire extraordinaire des «First Aid Packet & First Aid Dressing» book). Very good condition.
