USAAF AN-6513 harness. Early type parachute harness as used by Army Air Force bomber crews. It has the painted red color code (to be combined with the red marked parachute pack). All steel parts and hooks are present and in working order. The harness is complete with its backpad and still has original rigger applied tacks (some broken) that were done to secure the harness at the crew member's size. The maker's stamp in blue is faint but present. Dated July 1943. Perfect for display. Very good condition.
