Headband, Lapeer Fabricators Inc. of July 6,1942 contract. With wire buckle and 2nd type springclips. It is the earliest production wire buckle headband as indicated by the slits for the springclips in the leather. This was shortly after improved by cut outs. The headband is in good used condition and great for display or to be put in a liner. Liner parts have become exceedingly hard to find. Very good condition.
