Headband, Sun Shoe Mfg. Co. of 1942 contract. With wire buckle and 2nd type springclips (one replaced with a 3rd type). This is the earliest production with slits in the lather for the soringclips instead of  cut outs. The headband is in good used condition and great for display or to be put in a liner. There is a wrinkle in the leather at the front, but the leather is supple. Headbands of Sun Shoe Mfg. Co. in particular arre rare. Liner parts have become exceedingly hard to find. Perfect for early liners, Hawley, St Clair, Inland etc. Very good condition.
