Of June 4, 1942 contract. Size 3 with steel snap fasteners. This is one of the rare early production triple HBT neckbands by SMC that has the markings vertically. The neckband shows heavy use with rust to the snaps but it is still in good used condition and would be perfect to complete an early liner. It comes from the M-1 Helmet.com collection stock. Good condition.
