Laminated plastic ID card that belonged to 1st Lieutenant William A.L. Clay, Chaplain with ASN O-545903. The card was issued on 28 September, 1944. What makes this card perfect for display is the fact it is not stamped 'Inactive'. Original Chaplain items are exceedingly hard to find, in particular those of Afro Americans. Nice item with research potential.  Very good condition.
