Aeronautic First Aid kit pouch, type II of waxed canvas. Medical item Item No. 9776500. The Talon zipper is complete and works. The handle on the back is loose on one side because the stitching gave way. This would be easy to fix. Perfect item for display or as a project to fill with the correct items. These kits were mounted in the fuselage of airplanes and often taken by paratroopers to get some additional supplies. As pictured in the FM 21-11 First aid for soldier manual, see last photo (the manual doesn't come with the pouch). Very good condition.
