Produced by Smith, Kline & French Laboratories (as seen on page 25, photo nr. 378 of «US WW2 First-Aids of the Medical Department: Kits & Men part 3 & 4» book). One small flap is missing from the box. As found in various survival kits. Issued to aircrews, GI's and paratroopers during extreme circumstances. Hard to find medical item. Perfect for display. Very good condition.
