First Aid can, 24 units, Motor Vehicle. Medical Item No. 97771. Manufactured by Handy Pad Supply Co. (as seen on pages 88 and 89 of «US WW2 First-Aids of the Medical Department: Kits & Men part 1 & 2» book). The can has the flat corners, typical for Handy Pad, and a piano hinge. It was produced between June 1943 and March 1944, as indicated by the 5 digit numbering on the label. The rubber is partly deteriorated but the can closes well. Very good condition
