Medical Department can. OD green can with hinged lid to hold small medical items. Medical Item nr. 9767500 (as seen on pages 234 & 235 of «US WW2 First-Aids of the Medical Department: Kits & Men part 3 & 4» book). It was carried in one of the inserts of the medic pouch. The can holds six Iodine Swabs which were manufactured by the Handy Pad Supply Co.  The can has a dent. Very good condition.
