Produced by Mine Safety Appliances Company (as seen on page 31, photo nr. 393 of «US WW2 First-Aids of the Medical Department: Kits & Men part 3 & 4» book). As found in various First Aid kits. Nice for display or to complete a medical kit. Good condition.
