Stars and Stripes newspaper of June 12, 1944 - Liberation Issue. London Edition with headline article Unified front now 15 mi. broad. The newspaper is 8 pages. This is actuallly the first London Edition Stars and Stripes that was available to the troops in France, hence 'Liberation Issue'. It is one of the hardest to find issues. The paper is a bit fragile as to be expected from a 74 year old newspaper but it displays nicely and will look awesome framed. Very good condition.
