Stars and Stripes newspaper of June 7, 1944. London Edition with headline article 'Allies Driving Into France'. Without a doubt one of the hardest Stars and Stripes newspaper to find! This is the first Western Europe Edition of Stars and Stripes that reports of D Day (the edition of June 6 was already published when the D Day became the biggest news). It has the famous Eisenhower Order of the Day on the front page. The newspaper is four pages. The paper is a bit fragile as to be expected. It will look awesome framed. Good condition.
