P-38 can openers from the box. This is a unique find, a 1943 dated box with P-38 can openers from The Washburn Company! You pay for 9 but receive 10 P-38 can openers straight from the box! There is some corrosion on the steel openers and some minor rust on the wrappers. The openers are marked US ANDROCK. As found in 10-in-1 rations. Many GI's kept these on the chain of their dogtags. Note, the P-38 on the opened wrapper is for display only. You receive closed wrapper only. Great display item and excellent for 'use in the field'. Also see wartime Signal Corps photo. Very good condition.
