K ration box. Fibre board box that contained 12 K ration set (36 boxes) and was in the wooden crate. The V3 grade cardboard stamp on the side has the date October 1943. The inside is clean. A small section has been cut from a short flap. K ration boxes have become exceedingly difficult to find. This box was found in Normandy. Very good condition.
