K ration dinner unit box with its waxed inner box. Packaged by Patten Food Products. The outer box is the type with the tuck in flaps. The waxed inner box is present but stuck in the outer box. With some patience it can probably be removed, if desired. Presentable box that is all complete and excellent for display. K ration items have become exceedingly difficult to find. Good condition.
