Mufti lighter fluid bottle. Victory package. It contained 3 fluid ounces. Typical wartime production of glass because all steel was reserved for the war effort. Text on the label states 'This bottle adopted for the duration to conserve essential war materials'. The bottom of the bottle is marked with the logo of the Owens-Illinois Glass Company. The 4 to the right of the maker's logo dates the bottle to 1944. These bottles are hard to find. Perfect for display with a Zippo, Evans, or other type of lighter. Very good condition.
