OD green painted brass lighter with uncommon vertical line pattern. The lighter is complete with its wind guard. Currently the lighter isn't working but the mechanism is fine. Some cleaning, a new flint and lighter fluid may get the lighter to fire again. Nice piece thats is excellent for display or 'use in the field'. Very good condition.
