M-1941 field jacket

M-1941 field jacket. OD3 shade cotton poplin jacket with flannel lining. All caramel colored buttons are present (one sewn on up side down). The steel Talon zipper is original to the jacket and functions well. The tag under the collar can no longer be read but this seems to be a size 38. No label in the pocket and it seems there never was one. There is a laundry mark at one armpit. The jacket shows honest use. There is slight wear to the collar and sleeve ends but it is only modest. The sleeves have not been shortened or repaired. The waist however was taken in and the waist tabs only have one button. Also the bottom of the jackets who's sewing by hand and it may have been shortened slightly. Good representative M-1941 jackets in a proper size are becoming exceedingly difficult to find. Very good condition.
