Turtle neck sweater, size 36. The V neck sweater and the turtle neck sweater were the old type army sweaters which were replaced by the High neck sweater in 1942. As such the turtle neck sweater is rare and extremely hard to find. It has a crisp label with 1941 date. The sweater seems hardly worn but does have some holes on the back at an armpit. Perfect example of a rare garment which is missing from most collections. Very good condition.
