M-43 jacket, size 46R (!), Spec. P.Q.D. No. 370C. Pattern B. Typically it has OD3 lining and size stamped on it. With 1943 dated label. One button missing from the left sleeve cuff. The jacket has a strong color. It is lightly worn, has a few stains and a small tear in the back of the left sleeve. Great early production example of an iconic jacket in a hard to find large size. Very good condition.
