Stars and Stripes  'Extra' newspaper of August 14, 1945. Mediterranean Edition Vol 2 Nr. 55 with headline article 'JAPS SAY THAY ACCEPT'. The newspaper consists of four pages and is in remarkable ondition for its age. Hard to find issue that will display great. Very good condition.

Two tubes with tablets.  It is not clear what type of tablets are in the tubes but likely Sulfaguanidine an Halazone. One tube has a crack, the caps are rusty. As found in various First Aid and survival kits. The tube is about 10 centimeters long. It is slightly bent. Fair condition.
