Helmet net with rubber band. These nets came into use during the fall of 1944. Complete with its elastic band and original tag. The net can still be used on a helmet but care should be taken with the rubber band, which is no longer elastic after 80 years. Very good condition.

OD cotton field cap. It was part of the M-1943 uniform. The cap is lightly used and has crisp labels. Size 7¼ and 1944 dated. It has a flannel lined extension to cover the ears. This is the early model with the ventilation grommets. Very good condition.
