Hawley fibre liner

Hawley fibre liner type 3 that features steel A washers and cotton suspension. It is complete with a cotton headband and neckband but only a part of the leather chinstrap remains. The is some writing on the inside but it is hard to read. Could be a name. Fibre liners ave become exceedingly difficult to find, especially this nice. It is perfect for display or to complete a steel shell. Very good condition.
