Aeronautic First Aid kit pouch, type I of unwaxed canvas. Medical item Item No. 9776500. The Talon zipper works well. These kits were mounted in the fuselage of airplanes and often taken by paratroopers to get some additional supplies. The pouch is very clean and about impossible to upgrade. Perfect item for display or as a project to fill with the correct items. As pictured in the FM 21-11 First aid for soldier manual, see last photo (the manual doesn't come with the pouch). Very good condition.
